BRAZIL NUTS featuring Roy Sainsbury, Linda Angelis and Simon Tebb

Jazz at the ANDREW LOGAN MUSEUM

****Thursday 19 July 2018 at 8pm****

The Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture in Berriew is delighted to welcome Brazil Nuts, featuring Roy Sainsbury, Linda Angelis and Simon Tebb on Thursday 19 July 2018.

Roy is a globally renowned guitarist, with his musical associates including Peanuts Hucko, Digby Fairweather, Alan Barnes and as a solo performer. “Roy Sainsbury is a world class guitarist, but more than this, he is a musician, he creates music …that often touches you with its beauty” Allen Johnson Jnr, Just Jazz Guitar USA. Linda Angelis is a headline entertainer aboard Cunard cruise liners and sang at Prince Charles’ private birthday party. Simon plays a unique five string upright stick bass, producing a warm sound to match the velvet tones of Linda's vocals and gentle bossa nova songs.

“I’m thrilled to announce the return of Roy Sainsbury, Linda Angelis and Simon Tebb in a new line-up”, said Museum administrator, Anne-Marie Pope, “Roy and Simon have played with us before in Roy’s trio and Linda with her own band, but to see them together will be a spectacular evening.”

The event will start at 8.15pm, shortly after doors open at 8pm.  Tickets are £12.50 in advance, £15 on the door, half adult price for under 16’s and free for under 10’s (where they do not require a seat).  Advance tickets can be bought from the Andrew Logan website (http://andrew-logan.myshopify.com/collections/tickets-for-events), or in person at either the Museum or R H Bunners on Arthur Street in Montgomery.
